Reviews and Ratings
Hotel Pennsylvania is a great option for anyone visiting New York City, thanks to its unbeatable location right near Penn Station and many tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and have been updated, adding to the comfort of the stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but I did encounter one unpleasant experience with a member of the service team. Overall, the hotel provides excellent value for money, especially with the inclusion of breakfast, but the dining experience could use some improvement.
I had a rough time during my stay at this hotel. While the location was great, close to many attractions, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The service was frustrating, as I encountered issues with billing that took too long to resolve. Overall, it wasn’t worth the price I paid.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Penn Station, my experience was marred by poor service and a lack of cleanliness in the room. The rooms themselves were decent but not very well maintained, and the additional charges were a surprise. I can’t recommend it based on my visit.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, as it’s right across from Penn Station, making it super easy to travel around New York. The staff, unfortunately, left much to be desired, with rudeness that made the reservation process a hassle. I appreciated the clean rooms, but the bathroom could use some maintenance considering the toilet didn't flush properly. Overall, I can't recommend staying here based on the service.
I was initially worried about my stay after hearing mixed reviews, but overall, I had a decent experience. The hotel is clean and well-located right across from Penn Station, making it convenient for travel. The renovated room was a pleasant surprise, but I noticed that the bathrooms could use more updates. Additionally, the dining options were basic and could be improved. It’s a good value given the location, but expect small room sizes typical of Manhattan hotels.
