Hotel Pennsylvania is a great option for anyone visiting New York City, thanks to its unbeatable location right near Penn Station and many tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and have been updated, adding to the comfort of the stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but I did encounter one unpleasant experience with a member of the service team. Overall, the hotel provides excellent value for money, especially with the inclusion of breakfast, but the dining experience could use some improvement.
